General computer and software troubleshooting
IT Support Sessions provide hands-on, remote assistance for your everyday technology problems. Whether you are dealing with slow computer performance, software crashes, email configuration issues, printer problems, or general system errors, our technicians connect to your device and resolve issues in real-time. Each session is conducted via secure remote desktop connection. You watch as our technician diagnoses and fixes the problem, and we explain what we are doing so you understand the solution. All sessions are recorded and sent to you for future reference. Sessions are billed in 30 or 60-minute increments. If your issue is resolved before the session ends, you may use the remaining time for other questions or minor tasks. If additional time is needed, you will be informed before any charges apply and can choose to extend or schedule a follow-up.

Regular sessions: Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before. Expedited sessions: Full refund if cancelled 2+ hours before. Cancellations within these windows may be rescheduled once. No-shows are non-refundable.
